What does Unauthorized Authentic (UA) mean?
Unauthorized Authentic means that they were made in the same place and with the same materials as the original product, but sold by someone else. Designer companies have different factories produce their items.
What is our return policy?
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. All Orders are computerized and can not be changed.
If you’ve had your item for ONE week or longer, we are not responsible for any damages. For example, straps, zippers, tears, threading, holes, stains or markings.
